Customer passes
Stamps, rewards and prepaid balance are different
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms apply to passholders alongside the rules displayed by the merchant. No displayed rule can remove a mandatory customer right. The Arabic page is authoritative; this translation is for convenience.
1. Parties and responsibilities
The merchant named on the pass sets earning and reward rules and fulfils the reward or prepaid value. Nuqtaty supplies the technology to issue, update and record operations. An Apple Wallet or Google Wallet mark does not make Apple or Google the reward guarantor.
2. Stamp passes
- A stamp is added for a visit or operation that meets the merchant's displayed rules.
- A reward becomes ready at the configured threshold and is not treated as delivered until staff confirms redemption.
- A manual correction should remain traceable in the merchant's records and must not conceal an earned reward.
- Free promotional stamps are not transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash.
3. Prepaid balance
- Balance represents units or value purchased from the merchant, according to the description shown before loading.
- Each credit or debit must represent a genuine operation and record its time and authorised staff action.
- The merchant is responsible for fulfilment, correction and applicable refunds. Nuqtaty does not hold customer funds merely by displaying the ledger.
- Balance must not become transferable between merchants, cash-out capable or generally spendable without a separately regulated product and required approvals.
4. Messages and nearby suggestions
A stamp, redemption or balance update is service communication. Promotions require a separate marketing choice that can be withdrawn. A Wallet pass may carry branch locations so the device can suggest it nearby; this does not mean Nuqtaty receives the phone's GPS location merely because the suggestion appeared.
