Privacy and deletion
Use Account & security in the iOS app or the website deletion page after signing in. For access, copy, correction or marketing-consent withdrawal, email the address above with the subject “Data request”. A cardholder can also use the verified self-service controls on the pass page.
Security reports
Use “Security report” in the subject and explain what you observed without accessing or publishing data that does not belong to you. Access is restricted to authorised personnel while the report is assessed.
